On the Gold Coast in 2026, PetHero overnight stays start at $65 a night, home visits at $45 an hour, dog walks at $35 an hour, and daycare at $55 a day. There is no owner platform fee and no public-holiday surcharge. The listed price is what you pay.
Longer overnight stays drop to a weekly and monthly rate. Extra pets are +$10 per unit. Special care (medication, special diet, behavioural needs) is +$15 per unit. High-energy dogs are +$10 per unit. Those add-ons are shown before you pay.
How this compares locally
Open marketplaces often add a service fee on top of the sitter’s rate. Kennels and catteries quote a nightly board that does not include walks or daily photos. PetHero is a curated match: one police-checked sitter, in-home or at the sitter’s home, with daily photo updates.
