Can you take a last-minute Gold Coast pet-sitting request?
Yes. Submit the booking as soon as you know you need help. We confirm a match as fast as we can. More notice means more sitter choice, but last-minute requests are accepted.
What happens if my pet gets sick during a booking?
Every sitter carries your vet details plus the nearest 24/7 emergency hospital. You are contacted immediately. PetHero does not currently carry pet medical insurance, so keep your own cover for vet bills.
