Do you sit pets in my home while I travel?
Yes. Home visits keep your pet in their own space. Overnight stays are at a sitter’s home when you want 24/7 supervision. We match one police-checked sitter either way.
What happens if my pet gets sick while I am away?
Your sitter has your vet details plus the nearest 24/7 emergency hospital. You are contacted immediately if anything seems off. PetHero does not currently carry pet medical insurance — keep your own cover.
How far ahead should I book school-holiday care?
As soon as your travel dates are firm. December–January and Easter book out first. Last-minute requests are accepted; more notice means more sitter choice.
